It would be lovely to wake up to a breakfast like that.
Your version of the shrimp looks beautiful. Are the fresh California chiles Anaheim chiles?
Interesting that the chef adds salt but not pepper to the shrimp. But I guess with red chile powder on the plate, people can season their own, or might appreciate a milder dish since the machaca is spicy
